Payment policy

Our specialty hospital accepts cash and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), and payment is due when services are rendered. We do offer a credit service called Care Credit. Care Credit allows you to pay your bill over time, and even offers a 0% financing option.

A computer generated treatment plan and its estimated cost will be created after your pet's initial consultation. A deposit is required for hospitalization, and the balance is due at the time of discharge. We cannot extend credit, however the Care Credit service is available after only a short application. The application process takes minutes and should not delay medical care for your pet. Care Credit applications are available at our hospital reception desk or online at www.carecredit.com.
